At Sara’s Sweets, our team specializes in making your vision come to life. We’ll create beautiful tiers of standard-size or mini cupcakes in your favorite flavors and a design custom to your theme. If you’d like a small cake to cut, we offer a perfect 6-inch or 9-inch round.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This will go toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the date of the event, via cash credit/debit, or check.
Most brides & grooms choose 3-5 flavors. Keep in mind that the more flavors you have, the more your guests will want to sample. The exact flavors and amounts must be decided two weeks prior to the event.
Depending on the number of flavors you have selected, we recommend 1 to 1.5 standard-size cupcakes per guests. We recommend 2 to 3 mini cupcakes per guests, depending on what other dessert-type food will be served. A greater variety of flavors often leads guests to want more than one (or two or three!) cupcakes.
Yes! We offer a 6-inch or 9- inch cake for the top of your cupcake tower, if desired. We also offer a 2-tier cake (6-inch stacked on top of 9-inch). Many brides and grooms like to have a cake to cut for the “cake-cutting” portion of the reception. The price range for these cakes is $22-90.
Absolutely! The cupcake tower rents for $50. The cupcake tower holds 120-180 cupcakes, with room for a cake on the top tier. If your order is large than that, no worries! Cupcakes look fabulous sitting on the table surrounding the tower as well.
Of course! Different flavors of cupcakes can be frosted in whatever flavors you like to match your wedding color scheme. (For best results, please give a swatch of the color you have in mind. Also, keep in mind that dark colors such as black & navy are not a great idea.) If you would like extra décor, such as special sprinkles, designs, or garnishes, there could be an extra fee depending on the cost of the item.
Cupcakes can be delivered and set up within 20 miles of the bakery for a fee of $150. Delivery and set-up outside of Lima is priced based on location; please inquire for more details. If you would rather pick up your cupcakes, that is fine. Keep in mind that you will need to set up the tower and display. (It’s really easy – a perfect job for the aunt or cousin who wants to help!)
Of course! Please schedule a tasting/consultation with one of our managers. You may select 6 cupcakes from the display to sample. If there’s a very specific flavor you’d like to try, let us know and we can try to work it into the menu.
